Take I-85 N to I-985 N. At Gainesville, GA take 441 N into North Carolina. Near Dillsboro, NC, US 441 merges with US 74 W. Travel on US 74 W toward Bryson City, NC. Take exit 64. Turn left at the top of the exit ramp onto Alarka Road. Travel 4 miles to the intersection of Alarka Road and Deep Gap Road. Take a right on Deep Gap Road. Travel 2 miles. The Retreat Center is on your right.

From Chattanooga, TN
Take I-75 N toward Cleveland, TN. Take the first Cleveland exit (#20) onto US 64 BYPASS East. Go 6 miles, then take Ocoee Exit US 64 towards Ocoee/Murphy, NC. Continue on this highway into North Carolina. At Murphy, NC, the road number changes to US 74. Take US 74E toward Bryson City, NC. Take exit 64. Turn right at the top of the exit ramp onto Alarka Road. Travel 4 miles to the intersection of Alarka Road and Deep Gap Road. Take a right on Deep Gap Road. Travel 2 miles. Take PARKWAY / US 441 / TN-71 - South toward US 441 / PARKWAY / CHAPMAN HWY SE. Continue to follow US 441 S (Crossing into NORTH CAROLINA). Continue on this road to Cherokee, North Carolina. US 441 will dead end onto US 19. Turn right onto US-19. Turn left at next stoplight onto US-441 South. Continue on US 441 South to US 74. Go West on US 74 toward Bryson City, NC. Take exit 64.
