Booking & Retreat Costs

Our mission is to get people out of their day-to-day environment so they can hear what God is saying to them, allowing Him to change their lives. We provide the facility and you bring the programming, food, and vision with God at the center of all we do. Our goal is to provide the best value we can to our guests. Rates

• $175 One Time Cleaning Fee
• $200 Minimum for 0 - 10 Guests Per Night
• $20 Fee Per Person / Per Night for 11-60 Guests

Example (40 People for 3 Nights)

• $175 One Time Cleaning Fee
• 40 people * $20/person/night * 3 nights = $2,400
• Total: $2,575

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are confirmed at receipt of deposit / damage fee and return of confirmation form below. Deposit fee is non-refundable at $100 per night, unless a replacement group can be scheduled. The deposit will be deducted from the total after your stay, provided no damages were incurred. Payment balance is due at the conclusion of your retreat by check or cash. CANCELLATIONS:
Please help us be good stewards of the ministry to which God has called us. You can do this by letting your "yes be yes" and your "no be no" when you make a reservation. In the past we have had six to ten groups a year who have scheduled a two to five day retreat only to call at the last minute and cancel. Since we host one group at a time, this translates into many lives that miss out on an opportunity to receive a touch from Jesus, and many days that His place is not used.

DEPOSIT:
Whether this is your first time or your hundredth time with us, we ask that you would be diligent about sending in your deposit within ten working days of your reservation. We strongly suggest that the deposit come from your "retreaters" so that they have a personal investment in their time here. We believe in the "spirit of the law" rather than the "letter of the law". If more time is needed to raise funds for your retreat, we will gladly work with you. Please communicate your needs to us. Your cooperation in this area will help us keep everyone's cost to a minimum.
